Callaway Golf Europe is looking for a Full‑time, 12‑month Fixed‑Term Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to cover a maternity leave period. The role is based in Chessington, with flexible working arrangements of a mix of home‑based work and office days in the office (minimum three days per week).

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to key clients, fostering long‑term relationships and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Develop a deep understanding of assigned accounts, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with the team and across departments to develop customised solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries and manage order entry, returns, and related administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain focus on customer satisfaction whilst multitasking and achieving sales targets.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Utilise knowledge of the golf industry to position Callaway products as solutions to client needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
- Knowledge of the golf industry or a genuine desire to become an expert on Callaway products.
- Experience in B2B sales is an advantage.
- Previous customer service experience beneficial.
