Callan Hawkins is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in 180-degree recruitment. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and contributing to business development initiatives.

Job roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including client acquisition, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies for senior-level roles.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by fostering strong relationships with clients.
  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture, and business goals.
  • Proactively source, headhunt, and build talent pipelines using databases, head hunting tools, referrals and networking.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates to client requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports to demonstrate recruitment results and pipeline status.

  • Minimum 4-6 years of 180-degree recruitment experience, preferably within an executive search or professional services environment.
