Kitchen Fitter/Joiner

Callaghan Interiors is growing, and we\’re looking for a talented Kitchen Fitter / Joiner to join our dynamic team.

This is a hands-on, varied role with a strong focus on finishing, snagging, and ensuring our clients are left with a smile at the end of every project. You\’ll work across multiple sites—finalising beautiful kitchens and bespoke furniture, with some full installations as well.

The Role Involves:

• Finalising and snagging kitchen projects to an exceptional standard
• Fitting full kitchens and fitted furniture to a high level
• Supporting our in-house manufacturing of kitchens and one-off bespoke units
• Quality checking, loading, and delivering projects
• Attending customer service visits and resolving issues
• Managing job progress and liaising with the wider team
• Assisting with workshop production tasks when required
• Delivering materials to sites.

We\’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a high level of finesse and attention to detail
• Is reliable, positive, and professional with customers
• Can drive and is comfortable visiting multiple jobs daily
• Has experience in kitchen fitting or fitted furniture
• Can think proactively and contribute to improving systems
• Is self-motivated and takes ownership of their work

Requirements:

• Clean UK driving licence
• Own tools
• Strong experience in kitchen or furniture manufacturing
• Commitment to cleanliness, efficiency, and good communication

Pay: £170.00-£210.00 per day
