Experienced Brickwork Contracts Manager Required – Callaghan Brickwork Ltd
Callaghan Brickwork Ltd is a growing and well-established brickwork contractor with a strong pipeline of residential and commercial projects across the South East.
Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit an experienced Brickwork Contracts Manager to join our team in an office and site-based role .
The Role
You will be responsible for managing multiple brickwork contracts from pre-start through to completion.
This includes overseeing site teams, programme management, client liaison, cost control, and ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
This is a hybrid role (office and site based) , requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several live projects simultaneously.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Proven experience as a Brickwork Contracts Manager or similar senior role within brickwork or construction.
- Strong technical knowledge of brickwork packages and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and subcontractor teams effectively.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery.
- Confident in client and main contractor liaison.
- Computer literate, with experience using email, spreadsheets, and project management systems.
- Ability to produce and review reports, programmes, and site documentation.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Valid CSCS card (essential).
- SMSTS or SSSTS (preferred).
- First Aid at Work (preferred).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
