What You'll Do
We’re looking for a motivated Administrator Apprentice to join our fast-growing business. You’ll support our team with admin tasks, ensuring smooth operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a rapidly expanding construction company.
We’re looking for someone who uses their initiative, is eager to learn, and can bring fresh ideas to help us continue to grow. As we expand, we want someone who will grow with us long-term. There is excellent progression potential, including the opportunity to train as a QS / Estimator and get involved in pricing work.
Most of our team have been with us from day one, we’re a loyal, supportive business, and we want the right person to become part of that journey!
The Role:
(Varied tasks allowing you to grow within the role - list is not exhaustive):
- Supporting the MD & Contracts Manager across daily operations
- Managing social media posts and basic marketing activities
- Organising plant and tools for site teams
- Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers
- Managing fleet administration, insurance, MOTs, servicing schedules
- Ensuring contractor documentation is up to date
- Checking and maintaining CSCS card status for subcontractors
- General office administration and document organisation
- Helping streamline processes and suggesting new ideas to support business growth
