New service provision

Calling all experienced support workers, do you want to progress and take on an exciting new challenge, within a new service provision. The provisions are small and personalised, maximum occupancy of 3.

As the Senior House lead, your role will include ensuring the clients home runs effectively led by the clients views, respecting at all times that it is their home to which we support them within. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Personalised care and support
  • Support with dietary needs
  • Weekly medication audits
  • Medication management
  • Care plan reviews
  • Weekly house meetings
  • Individual weekly client meetings
  • Reconciliation of electronic records
  • Staff support
  • Champion for dignity

Personal Skills Required:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, someone who remains calm, patient and understanding of individuals needs.
  • Someone who knows how to have fun, and who is versatile.
  • Commitment to personal development.

Desirables:

  • QCF level 3, or willingness to work towards.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a support worker.
  • Full driving licence.
