Role Description
As a BD at Call Connect AI, you will be responsible for driving new business from lead generation through to close. You will work independently, supported by our sales team, and own your pipeline end to end. This is a remote role for a Business Development Consultant. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect businesses that would benefit from AI call automation
- Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone, and your existing network
- Book and deliver product demonstrations to decision-makers and C-suite contacts
- Manage your own pipeline and keep CRM records up to date
- Negotiate and close deals, handing over to the onboarding team post-sale
- Provide feedback to the product team on market trends and objections
- Represent Call Connect AI professionally at all times
What We Are Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience — SaaS, tech, or telecoms preferred
- An existing network of business contacts or experience building one
- Self-starter mindset — you are motivated by results, not management
- Confident communicator, able to present to senior stakeholders
- Comfortable with a commission-only structure and the rewards it brings
