Hey, we're Cali. CaliUnity is our community gym in Bath, CaliAcademy trains the next generation of calisthenics coaches, and CaliLive brings our classes online.
The role
You ring new CaliAcademy leads within a minute of them asking, have a real conversation about why they looked, book them a call with Ollie, follow up kindly and log it all in Cali. You do not sell the qualification and you never quote a price. You get a real person talking, and you book the next step.
Pay and hours
Monday to Friday, 8am to 2pm or 2pm to 8pm, about 30 hours a week. Weekend shifts available.
Fully remote, from anywhere in the UK. The role is with Caliacademy Limited.
Next start: Wednesday 14 October. Applications for that start close Tuesday 13 October at 6pm.
What we look for
A clear, warm voice on the phone. You listen before you answer. You can keep to a shift pattern. You are happy for your calls to be recorded and used for training.
How applying works (about 25 minutes)
- 2. Learn the script and ring our practice prospect.
- 3. Take the feedback and go again.
- 4. A 20-minute conversation, then a paid trial.
- We reply to everyone, yes or no.
- Before your first real shift you do our five-day setter course and certification, so you know the script, the systems and Cali inside out.
