As we continue to grow, we\’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Field Team Manager to motivate and inspire our team of Dual Fuel Engineers in postcode areas E, EN, HA, N, NW, W, WC & WD .About The RoleAs a Field Team Manager, you\’ll play a key role in supporting the Regional Manager and ensuring your team operates efficiently, safely and in line with Calisen\’s business objectives. You\’ll be the driving force behind team performance, engagement and development — helping our operatives deliver the high standards of safety, quality and customer service we\’re known for. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a successful and expanding organisation.
