The Role We’re looking for a strategic and analytical Capacity Planning Lead to join our Operational Performance & Insight team. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the development and execution of capacity planning strategies that support business growth, operational efficiency, and campaign delivery. You’ll manage a team of capacity analysts and work cross-functionally to ensure data-driven decisions and optimal resource utilisation across the organisation.
