As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Field Team Manager to motivate and inspire our team of Dual Fuel Engineers in postcode areas E, EN, HA, N, NW, W, WC & WD.
As a Field Team Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Regional Manager and ensuring your team operates efficiently, safely and in line with Calisen’s business objectives. You’ll be the driving force behind team performance, engagement and development — helping our operatives deliver the high standards of safety, quality and customer service we’re known for. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a successful and expanding organisation. You’ll be supported by an experienced senior management team and offered a strong package that recognises your contribution.

- £42,822 basic salary plus £4,500 annual car allowance.
- £2000 London weighting for those within the M25.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and engage your team to deliver outstanding performance in a safe working environment
- Support the Regional Manager with strategic planning and long-term operational development
- Work collaboratively as part of the Meter Operations Management Team
- Oversee and deliver quality and compliance checks for meter operatives
- Take ownership of recruitment targets within your geographical area
- Manage the profit and loss budget for your area, ensuring delivery in line with expectations
- Provide coaching, mentoring and ongoing development to team members
- Deliver effective performance management
- Ensure full compliance with Calisen policies, procedures and industry standards
- Manage disciplinary and capability processes where required
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence (maximum of 6 points)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within the utilities industry
- Previous supervisory experience (desirable)
- Strong understanding of health & safety within the metering sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a supportive leadership style
- Ability to follow procedures and deliver exceptional customer service
- Based within the relevant London postcode areas
