The Work and Health Coach will be responsible for assessment and specialist employment advice, support and interventions. They will manage a busy caseload of people assessing barriers into employment, experienced through physical health, mental health and social situation.

Using the WorkWell pathway to work plan, the post holder will prescribe either Multi-disciplinary in-house support or to triage / signpost and refer. The Work and Health Coach will facilitate clients being referred to the service quickly so that they do not remain unsupported whilst on sick leave, and supporting them to return to work swiftly (where appropriate), or to follow the destination that is best suited to their circumstances, which enables individuals to achieve positive service experience outcomes.
