In this role, you’ll lead and support the delivery of our floating support and outreach services, ensuring people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness receive high‑quality, person‑centred support that helps them sustain tenancies and move towards stability and independence.
You’ll coordinate day‑to‑day service delivery, support and develop staff, and work closely with partner agencies to provide timely, trauma‑informed responses to individuals in the community.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining safe, inclusive, and welcoming services while ensuring strong performance, compliance, and positive outcomes for the people we support.
