The Calico Group in Burnley is seeking an Outreach Service Manager to lead our floating support and outreach services for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred support that helps individuals sustain tenancies and move toward stability and independence.
You will coordinate day-to-day service delivery, support and develop staff, and work closely with partner agencies to provide timely, trauma-informed responses.
