The role
- As the Branch Manager you will be running the branch and managing 5 people including a Field Sales Representative, Office Admin person, Stores Supervisor and 3 Store people
- You will be involved in stock takes, ordering stock, managing the branch and making sure everything is running smoothly
- The branch is involved in selling Hydraulics 40% and Pneumatics 60% - mainly components such as Valves, Cylinders, Couplings, Tubes, Hoses, Fittings etc
- The branch deals with some OEMs & End Users as well as a lot of MRO End Users
- The branch turned over £900k-£1million last year and they are looking to maintain and grow the turnover
The ideal person
- Ideally someone with experience of Hydraulics and Pneumatics or at least 1 of the 2
- MUST have some fluid power knowledge
- Experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Internal Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Field Sales Representative and similar would be considered
- Hard working, driven, self motivated, good people person, able to hit the ground running
