A fantastic opportunity within the dental implant and aesthetic arena. Ideally, you will be from a dental sales management background, but this is by no means a prerequisite.
The Southern Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the business within the south of the UK, which comprises developing and nurturing the people, executing on the UK & Ireland strategy, maximising business opportunities and profits, and setting a winning culture where double-digit growth is sustained into the future.
Territory/Team: Southern England - Team of 5 experienced BDMs
Package: Basic (dependent on experience but very competitive indeed) + Bonus/Commission 50%, Car Allowance £900 + Pension + Private Health Insurance + Fuel Card + 23 Days Holiday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the company's Quality Management System to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Exceed and deliver against the quarterly and yearly business budget whilst managing a recurring revenue pipeline development alongside accurate forecasting vs. budget reporting directly into the General Manager.
- Plan, execute, and monitor all measures necessary to guarantee achieving regional budget, sales, and profits.
- Lead the business with integrity and lead by example in all interactions (internal and external).
- Develop the team's culture to focus on retention of the best talent and growth of the team.
- Responsible for all aspects of talent development within the talent spectrum.
- Implement the divisional strategy within the region.
- Be a proactive part of the UK Leadership team, actively pursuing individual and team goals and challenges to ensure the team is improving and learning from one another.
- Selection, leadership, development, engagement, and supervision of the assigned sales team.
- Coach and nurture the team onto new success, easily identifying top talent and putting in place individualized development plans to sustain the high-performance culture and future leadership.
- Understand and show evidence of the need for continuous performance improvement plans for all employees.
- Develop team spirit, balancing results with reward.
- Control all resources and materials in the related sales area.
- In collaboration with the UK & Ireland General Manager, understand P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to maximise results.
- Take a lead in designated DSO accounts to build strong relationships with their 'C' suite management team, enabling access into the accounts.
- Increase revenue within existing DSO business, utilising data to identify sales trends to focus the UK & Ireland team's business efforts to maximise revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities within UK & Ireland DSOs.
- Play a key role in tenders, negotiations, and procurement processes in UK & Ireland DSOs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Successful sales and/or marketing experience.
- Ideally product knowledge in the Dental segment - this is not a prerequisite.
- Self-motivated and achievement driven.
- Highly confident and competitive.
- Strong communicator who is excellent in developing relationships.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong in building up concepts and strategies.
- Integrity.
- Commercial acumen.
