Product Marketing Manager – Medical Industry (hybrid working)

The Role:
- This is a hybrid role, couple of days a week in the office, located near Bromley
- As the Product Marketing Manager be working closely with the sales team to generate demand and driving product line growth in key areas.
- You’ll be proficient with current marketing technologies and trends including AI, SEO, social media, sales enablement, and identifying partnerships
- As part of the role, you’ll be planning and executing local and national conferences, utilising event strategies to build engagement and new order value.
- You will develop a deep understanding of market needs, including decision makers, value propositions etc.
- You will build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Partners throughout the UK, across the NHS, private sector and academia.
- Reporting directly to the UK MD and working closely with the global marketing team, collaborating on key projects and the overall UK strategy.
- You’ll provide product training with the UK sales staff, along with other key persons as required.
- Utilising SalesForce and maintaining accurate information, database management, and updating content as needed.
The Ideal Person:
- It is vital you have a BSc or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years within medical devices, med-tech, pharma; along with some product marketing experience
- Strategic thinking, creativity, problem-solving and critical thinking skills are all essential for this role.
- Experience with SalesForce is a benefit but not essential, but good experience of using a CRM is vital!
- You need to be self-motivated with excellent time management and planning skills.
- The company are looking for an individual who has a passion to make a difference!
- You ned a can-do attitude with excellent interpersonal skills, together with high level written, verbal presentation and telephone skills.
- It is important that you can travel away from home as required. (exhibitions, conferences, customers sites, training)
- Due to the nature of some events, you will need to be flexible to working hours as from time to time this role may involve some evening or weekends.
- Although this is a hybrid role, you need to live in a commutable distance of the Bromley
- Right to work in the UK is required – no sponsorship available (sorry)

- Basic up to £60k
