The Role: This is a great graduate/entry-level opportunity for someone to get into medical device sales, with fantastic initial onboarding and training, along with continued development throughout your rewarding career. Covering a territory that includes a range of private and NHS hospital settings in a Central territory; Bedford, Milton Keynes, Bicester, Newport Pagnell, Banbury, Northampton and the surrounding areas.
- Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager to develop yourself in the medical device sales industry.
- Completing training modules, attending various training and CPD events, working towards your promotion to Account Manager, and beyond.
- Shadowing team members, including clinical staff, and working closely with senior people to build on your training and development in sales and clinical understanding of the products.
- Contributing to the regional sales targets by supporting other members of the sales team.
- Attending Regional and National Sales Meetings, along with exhibitions around the UK or internationally.
This role progresses from Trainee Account Manager and beyond, which also comes with increases in basic salary and bonus schemes.
