Package: ÂŁ40-ÂŁ55K base salary (potentially flexible) + Uncapped commission on all sales. ÂŁ40K-ÂŁ50K OTE ++ (commission), car/car allowance, pension, healthcare, holiday, etc.
Products: Varied products but mainly Electrosurgical, Laparoscopy, Diathermy, Surgical Energy, AI and Robotics.
The Person:
- Attitude is everything and a getâupâandâgo approach to work/life is a must.
- Ideally a medical sales professional with +1 year of experience.
- Experience in Electrosurgery, Stapling, Robotics, Minimally Invasive, Plastics, Diathermy, Laparoscopy, EnergyâBased Surgical Systems, Orthopaedics, etc. is an advantage but not required.
- Driven, hungry, and familiar with the NHS sales process.
- Competitive and careerâdriven.
