An established, very friendly and highly regarded business in the medical sector within ultrasound. Working alongside the NHS and private sector, this company provides services that are helping save lives across the country every single day. Known for being a good company to work for and with a friendly senior management team.
As Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of this medical device repairs centre. The role is hybrid with some working from home as you are not required to be 'on site' every day, allowing for a nice split of working environments. You will be allocating tasks efficiently to ensure timely and high-quality repairs while fostering a positive and productive working environment.
It’s vital that you support your technicians with challenging repairs and provide technical guidance to your team of engineers. You will ensure adherence to best practices in ultrasound probe repair processes, along with complying with all Quality Assurance & Compliance requirements such as ISO 13485 and any other relevant regulatory requirements.
As part of the role, you will lead the Training & Development of your team, developing and delivering training programs to enhance your team's skills. You will also manage inventory of repair tools, parts, and equipment within the workshop. This role will progress towards an Operational Management position. Full initial training will be provided with ongoing career development.
