Territory: South West and South Wales
Package: Basic salary depending on experience - up to £55k. Very realistic commission scheme (uncapped). Extremely good car allowance. Pension Scheme. Healthcare. 25 days annual leave, plus BH's.
Outline: The role is selling fantastic orthopaedic products that cover a range of limb reconstruction and fracture management. Working across the Southwest and South Wales territory, with a big focus towards the north of the area, taking over an established patch that has nice potential for further growth and account maximisation.
The Company: A well-established international company that has lots of opportunity for career development and progression across the business. Award-winning products with new ones being launched later this year! An entrepreneurial company with a family atmosphere.
The Role: Covering the Southwest and South Wales region, taking over a territory that has been managed very well, but still has nice potential for growth! Utilising Clinical Specialists and impactful presentations or trials to win new business, converting business from competitors. Working with a wonderful range of products that offer fantastic solutions to clinical staff while ensuring the best patient outcomes. Speaking with KOL’s throughout the NHS and Private healthcare sector, winning new target clients while maintaining existing relationships across this nice region. Full initial training will be provided with ongoing career development.
The Ideal Person: Ideally the new incumbent will come with some orthopaedic sales experience, however good medical devices/theatre sales experience will also be strongly considered. If you come from a very strong MSK clinical background; Physiotherapist, Physician Associate, ODP etc., and you are able to demonstrate a good outgoing nature and bit of business acumen, please do get in touch as the client is very open to this avenue as well! You need to have an outgoing personality, and excellent people skills are vital for this role. Applications must be living on patch, and in the Bristol, Gloucester or Cardiff area (or be willing to relocate at your own expense). You will need a full Driving Licence, it's essential. Right to work in the UK is vital, without the need for sponsorship now or in future – no sponsorship available.
