The Role:
The role is field-based, covering the Midlands but with a big focus on the West Midlands / Birmingham area. The Territory Sales Manager will manage the day-to-day sales and works tasks related to the product portfolio, speaking with KOLs and clinicians across the territory. You will manage existing clients while seeking new business opportunities. Focused on lower GI / colorectal products, you will work to save and improve lives for patients across your territory. It is vital that you provide effective and efficient customer support to the highest possible standards at all times, collaborating closely with colleagues in sales, administration, engineering, and customer support when required. You will nurture and grow revenues from hardware and software sales. In this role, you will also research and investigate other opportunities to ensure business growth, attending Trade Shows and Conferences as required.
The Package:
- Basic salary depending on experience, up to £65k for the right person
- Commission scheme (uncapped)

The Ideal Person:
It is essential that anyone applying for this role has a proven and successful sales background in Lower Gastrointestinal, colorectal, upper GI, urology, or bladder products. You must have a good sales background with these products, but other product experience will help your application as well. It is vital that you have new business experience and the ability to win new clients for your employer; this isn't a pure farming role. You’ll need to be self-motivated, driven, and able to communicate with people from all backgrounds and levels. It’s essential that you are a proficient user of MS Office packages and CRM systems. An outgoing personality and excellent people skills are vital. Applications must live in the Birmingham / West Midlands area; this is essential. A full Driving Licence is essential. Right to work in the UK is required – no sponsorship available.
