Position: Associate Medical Sales Specialist – Fantastic career opportunity with incredible future earning potential – No Sponsorship Offered Sorry!!!
Territory: North West – Occasional Uk travel as required
Package: Salary: £25 – £35K dependant on experience and background with 6 and 12 month reviews
Bonus: £12K OTE/year paid quarterly. Starting with objective based compensation and moving into revenue based after 3-6 months.
Benefits: £6k/year car allowance, phone, laptop and usual benefits on completion of probation at 6 months
This will cover mainly the Northwest with additional travel around the UK as and when required.
The main aim and function of your role is to support customer accounts in the southeast as directed by by the manager and help drive revenue across the region
Company/Role Overview
- The client is a medtech company that is going from strength to strength and growing exponentially
- The UK business is looking for a star of the future to help support the rapidly expanding business in the south. The successful incumbent will have a defined career path with the goal of being developed and promoted to a Business Development Manager with responsibility for a territory within 12-24 months depending on the individual
Responsibilities
- Consignment checks
- Product delivery/collection and case support
- Theatre admin support – interfacing between Regional Managers and materials managers to ensure surgeons have their required products available for upcoming cases
- Case generation – working with surgical secretaries and theatre list coordinators to ensure RSM/BMs have a complete view of upcoming cases I active accounts
- Lead generation – speaking with surgeons in active accounts to ensure they are aware the mesh is available to them, and to introduce them to RSM/BM or marketing when detailed information is require
- Training and awareness – to ensure we understand when audit and training days are taking place and to take responsibility for nurse training
- To develop into a product expert with knowledge of pricing, product range, key reference sites and surgeons and potential applications

Requirements
- Located within 1 hour commute of central Manchester
- Bsc in biology, biomedical sciences, nursing, physiotherapy or medicine
- A track record in non-medical sales with demonstrable results would be ideal but by no means prerequisite
- Keen to develop into a medical device sales professional
- Happy to be dynamic in terms of last-minute diary changes
