Refrigeration Engineer – West London
Are you an experienced Refrigeration Engineer looking to join a reputable and growing team? We have an exciting full-time, permanent role based in West London, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
What's on Offer?
- Competitive salary up to £50,000 basic DOE
- Paid travel time (door-to-door)
- Overtime paid at 1.6x rate
- Additional standby payments through a rota system
- Company van with private use allowed
- 45 hours per week

About the Role:
You'll be working primarily on a prestigious high-end retail contract, as well as supporting well-known factory sites across Surrey and nearby areas. The position focuses on pack systems, including CO2 (R744) refrigeration systems, so experience with natural refrigerants is highly desirable.
Who We're Looking For:
- Refrigeration Engineers with hands-on experience on pack systems (CO2 experience preferred)
- Holders of F-Gas certification or equivalent
- Professionals who demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a customer-first approach
- Individuals who are confident working independently and can manage their time effectively
- Ideally based in or around Surrey for easy access to client sites
