- Your Role
As Operations Manager, you\’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our projects, leading site teams, managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations, and driving continuous improvement across the business.
- Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate project delivery across multiple sites
- Manage operational staff, subcontractors, and resource allocation
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with current fire safety regulations and standards (e.g., BS 476, BS EN 1366, etc.)
- Monitor project performance, timelines, and budgets
- Implement and uphold health, safety, and quality control processes
- Collaborate with estimating, surveying, and compliance teams
- Report on operational KPIs and contribute to strategic planning

- Proven experience in an operations, project, or contracts management role within construction, fire protection, or a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of passive fire protection systems and regulations
