We're looking for a driven Regional Operations Manager to lead engineering and maintenance across a portfolio of high-volume, non-retail sites, including critical distribution centres. This is a senior, high-impact role where you'll own safety, compliance, performance, and financial delivery across a multi-site, 24/7 operation. You'll be a key partner to site leadership, ensuring maintenance keeps pace with a fast-moving logistics environment.
The Role
- Lead and develop Site Managers across up to 7 locations
- Deliver planned & reactive maintenance to the highest standards
- Drive safety, compliance, and operational excellence
- Use data to improve asset reliability and performance
- Own budgets, forecasting, and cost control
- Act as escalation point for critical incidents
What We're Looking For
- Multi-site engineering/maintenance leadership experience
- Background in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or similar
- Strong H&S knowledge (PUWER, LOLER, etc.)
- Experience with automated systems (conveyors, MHE, sortation)
- Commercially aware, data-driven, and decisive
- Confident communicator with senior stakeholder experience

- Regional role (travel required)
- 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri with flexibility)
- On-call rota for 24/7 support
