We are recruiting for an Estimator on behalf of a West Yorkshire based SME Civil Engineering contractor who deliver Bulk Earthworks, Groundworks, Roads and Sewers and RC Schemes throughout the region. Working as part of the Pre-Construction Team as Estimator you will be responsible for delivering competitive tenders for schemes and packages up to Β£3 million.
The Role
- Liaise with Team Members and Senior Management to agree contractual terms
- Collaborate with experienced delivery managers to ensure accuracy of Tender
- Work with Procurement team and liaise with suppliers to obtain accurate prices for plant and materials
- Sub Contract analysis and comparisons
- Presentation of tender to Client
