What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Pump Engineer, Service Engineer or similar mechanical role
  • Strong mechanical knowledge (essential)
  • Experience with pumps, plant, generators or similar equipment
  • Ideally experience working on diesel engines and associated systems
  • Fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with good attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently within a depot environment
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)

Desirable:

  • Experience within the hire industry
  • Basic electrical knowledge
  • Forklift (FLT) licence

What's on Offer

  • £37,000 - £45,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
  • Overtime opportunities available
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Stable, long-term career opportunity
  • Progression into senior or field-based engineering roles

Why Apply?

This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to step away from field work or secure a more structured, depot-based role. You'll be working on a wide range of equipment in a busy, well-supported environment, with clear opportunities to progress your career.
