The predicted salary is between 44330 - 46865 £ per year.
Salary: £44,330 basic salary + £2535 standby payments (£46,865 all in) paid travel time, overtime, call out, 33 days holiday, pension & excellent benefits - including private health care, life insurance.
Hours: 45 hours a week - Monday to Friday.
Standby / Call Out: 1 in 4.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Engineer (gas bias) to join one of the country's leading facilities management companies. The role will involve traveling around your designated area servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of commercial heating systems as well as some air conditioning and other associated HVAC plant.
Key Responsibilities:- Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across a number of sites.
- You will be the first line in all maintenance throughout your allocated sites.
- Ensuring that all technical and compliance paperwork is completed and up to date.
- Service and repair a range of mechanical equipment, e.g. boilers, fans, pumps, AHUs, FCUs etc.
- Safe working practices in relation to 3 phase and single-phase electrics and applications.
- Carry out surveys and complete reports as required by management.
- Essential: ACS Gas - COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1, TPCP1A.
- Experience working on 3 phase electrical supplies.
- Experience working on AHUs, fan motors and/or pump sets.
- Desirable but not essential: City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Category 1, City & Guilds 17th or 18th Edition.
- Will have worked in a similar mobile role traveling around the region from home.
- Be able to deal directly with customers and on-site management teams.
- Have the ability to work at heights, work in confined spaces.
- A hands-on, can-do and flexible approach to your work.
- Full Driving License as this is a mobile role.
