We are working with a well-established and growing building services provider, delivering maintenance and engineering solutions across retail environments. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Service Engineer to work on a dedicated retail contract across South Wales. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with either commercial gas or air conditioning experience, ideally with 18th Edition, looking for a stable role focused on one key client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintenance, and fault-finding on HVAC and building services equipment
- Working across a portfolio of sites within a single retail contract
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Electrical fault finding and minor remedial works
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
Requirements:
- Experience in either commercial gas or AC systems
- 18th Edition (preferred)
- Relevant qualifications (ACS / F-Gas)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong fault-finding and customer-facing skills
Package:
- 40-hour working week
- Door-to-door travel paid
- Company van & fuel card
- Circa £45,000 basic salary
- 25 days holiday
- 8 bank holidays
