We are seeking a proactive and energetic individual to join our team as a Student Recruitment & Enrolment Officer. The successful candidate will drive the growth of our tuition centre by focusing on lead generation and parent engagement.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Recruitment: Actively generate new leads through outreach, events, school visits (if permitted), WhatsApp groups, referrals, and social media engagement. Build and maintain your own lead pipeline, and approach community parents to introduce our centre’s programmes.
- Parent Engagement & Enrolment: Contact potential parents to introduce our tuition programmes and invite them for a visit or consultation. Conduct meetings to understand their children’s academic needs, explain class levels, schedules, teaching methods, and fees clearly, and provide follow-up messages and encouragement to parents considering enrolment. Guide parents through registration, placement tests (if needed), and payment procedures.
- Reporting & Targets: Systematically track all leads, follow-ups, and enrolments, aiming to achieve weekly and monthly student recruitment targets. Provide feedback on marketing ideas to help increase new enquiries.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum SPM / O-Level or Diploma.
- Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or education is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with parents.
- Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to independently find leads.
- Good follow-up skills and relationship-building ability.
- Basic digital skills in WhatsApp, social media, Google Forms, and Excel.
