Experience in fire safety and compliance work would be a significant advantage. The Role You'll be involved in a diverse range of professional and project based work, including: Building and condition surveysResidential building surveyingRefurbishment and improvement projectsPlanned maintenance and repair programmesDefect diagnosis and technical adviceProject management from inception through to completionPreparation of specifications, schedules and tender documentationFire safety related surveying and projectsAbout You We are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor with strong technical and consultancy experience.
You'll ideally have: MRICS qualification in Building SurveyingPrevious experience within a property or surveying consultancyExperience working within the residential sectorThe ability to independently manage instructions and deliver projectsStrong technical report writing and client facing skillsGood commercial awareness and the ability to manage your own workloadFire safety experience would be highly desirableThis would suit a technically strong surveyor who enjoys getting involved in the detail of projects and professional instructions.
