A construction and Façade specialist is looking to add a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join the Commercial Team. An outstanding opportunity to join an employee-owned business and develop a career working alongside top professionals.
About You
We are keen to speak with candidates with Quantity Surveying Degree or demonstrable quantity surveying experience.
The Role
- Develop an understanding of project specifications, pricing structures and contractual conditions
- Assist with supplier/sub-contractor selection
- Placing on supplier/sub-contractor orders and ensuring appropriate documentation is issued
- Recording and tracking of progress against agreed time scales
- Measure, value and submit contract variations with sub-contractors
- Assist with the compilation of CVR's
