Calibre Search is currently working alongside one of Leeds' most established Engineering Consultancies, who are looking to bolster their Structural Engineering team with the addition of an experienced Structural Revit Technician on a permanent basis. The company is a multi-disciplinary consultancy offering Civil, Structural and Geo-Environmental engineering with regional offices across the UK. Currently, they are working on a large variety of schemes but their largest projects are high rise residential developments, commercial schemes and a few large, prestigious projects in the local area - one of which has a value of £90M.
Working with their established team of Engineers and Revit/CAD Technicians, you will be responsible for the production and supervision of coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit. You will produce detailed 2D CAD general assemblies and as part of your role, help mentor more junior CAD staff in the use of Revit/CAD. All the work will be Revit and 3D Modelling, so experience in this field is vital, as well as RC and Steel Detailing.
The post would suit someone who has worked in a similar role for a number of years, who can produce Revit models with little supervision for building related projects. You should ideally hold a Civil Engineering qualification.
Calibre Search promotes equality in the workplace and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified candidates regardless of their sex, race, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age. We act as both an employment agency and employment business.
