A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading national building services contractor, delivering specialist installation and refurbishment projects for major retail clients across the UK.
Working alongside an experienced commercial team, you'll support the successful delivery of projects from initial procurement through to final account, collaborating closely with Project Managers and operational teams. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a Quantity Surveying degree and some industry experience, looking to develop their career within a supportive, collaborative environment with excellent long term progression opportunities.
The Role
- Commercial management of specialist building services installation and refurbishment projects.
- Preparing valuations, cost reports and final accounts.
- Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts.
- Working closely with Project Managers and operational teams to ensure commercial success.
- Attending site visits for larger projects as required.
- Hybrid working, typically four days per week in the office during your initial training period, with increased flexibility thereafter.
About You
- BSc (Hons) Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Around 2+ years' Quantity Surveying experience.
- Experience within construction, building services, M&E or a related sector.
- Commercially aware with strong organisational and communication skills.
- Driven, enthusiastic and keen to develop your career.
