Location: Fleetwood, Lancashire (Blackpool Area)

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Salary: Competitive (Dependent on Experience)

Our client is a well-established specialist engineering business delivering refrigeration, air conditioning and HVAC solutions to commercial and industrial customers across the UK. Operating across multiple sectors, they provide planned maintenance, reactive service, compliance and project support, with a strong reputation for quality, customer service and long-term client partnerships. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an organised and proactive Service Administrator to join their busy service team in Fleetwood.

The Role

As a Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the service department, ensuring engineers, clients and internal teams remain fully coordinated. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for scheduling maintenance visits, managing service documentation, processing quotations and ensuring work is completed within client deadlines and service level agreements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous service administration or scheduling experience who enjoys organisation, problem-solving and working as part of a close-knit team.
