An established Building Services consultancy in Liverpool is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Revit MEP Coordinator to join its growing design team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong Building Services background who enjoys delivering technically detailed projects and wants to play a key role in coordinating BIM delivery across a diverse portfolio of work.
The Role
Working closely with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, you will take ownership of producing and coordinating high-quality Revit MEP models throughout the technical design stages of projects. You will be involved across a varied project portfolio including:
- Residential developments
- Commercial offices
- Schools
- Universities
- Emergency services facilities
This is a technically focused position requiring someone who understands how Building Services systems are designed, coordinated and delivered - not just how to model them.
What You Will Be Doing
- Producing and coordinating high-quality Revit MEP models.
- Managing model coordination through RIBA Stages 4 and 5.
- Working closely with engineers to resolve design and coordination issues.
- Ensuring BIM standards and project deliverables are maintained.
- Coordinating Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Supporting the successful delivery of technically detailed projects.
