Location: Bristol (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to 60,000 + Bonuses
Overview
They are a growing building services consultancy based in Bristol. Established nearly years ago, they have built a reputation for delivering a diverse range of projects, from iconic commercial developments to healthcare refurbishments, residential builds, and school decarbonization initiatives.
With a strong pipeline of work, including a substantial annual turnover, the goal is to grow to a 10-15-person team and double the turnover while maintaining a supportive and flexible work environment.
The Role
They looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their relaxed and collaborative team. This is a delivery-focused role, with no expectation of work-winning. You’ll work autonomously on projects, managing them from feasibility through to stage 5 design, attending site visits, and liaising with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of project delivery, including feasibility studies, designs, and reports.
- Attend site visits and meetings with clients and external teams.
- Use Revit and AutoCAD to produce technical designs.
- Contribute to a variety of projects, including commercial, residential, healthcare, and sustainability-focused developments.
