This organisation operates as a global infrastructure consultancy with offices spread across 45+ countries. They specialise in multiple disciplines across the built environment from Architecture, Construction, Environmental and Design Engineering.
Their Midlands M&E team are split across two offices: Nottingham and Birmingham. The Birmingham office is a new modern office situated within the City Centre boasting over 200 staff across 2 floors and a free gym. The Nottingham office is a recently refurbished office located just outside the city with 100 staff and free parking.
The M&E team are free to work in either office or work entirely from home with the occasional site/office visit for meetings. They are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to oversee their graduates on a number of projects. They have a strong pipeline of work with the West Midlands Police on a variety of projects and some for the Commonwealth Games situated in Birmingham.
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be expected to oversee technicians and engineers on a variety of projects whilst reporting to the associate engineer.
Ideally you will have:
- 5+ UK Years' experience within the building services.
- An Mechanical Engineering degree or building services related (BEng/BSc).
- Experience using AutoCAD, Revit or IES (Desired).
- Chartered member of CIBSE/IET (Desired not Essential).
- Client Liaison Experience.
- Experience Leading Projects as a Mechanical Engineer.
- Experience producing design specifications, drawings, reports, and site surveys.
