I am looking to speak with a Bristol based Senior Environmental Due Diligence Consultant with extensive EHS compliance and regulation experience that is now looking to join a global team to help broker major corporate M&A deals within the industrial sector.

As a Senior Environmental Due Diligence Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work out of Bristol but work on a global scale within global team. If you have industrial EHS compliance/regulating experience and looking to learn how to format this within a due diligence report, this will also be considered.

You will be brought in as a Senior Environmental Due Diligence Consultant, engaged on development and delivery of environmental due diligence and ESG on strategic advisory projects across the world, working within an award winning transactional team.

Responsibilities include both office based and client facing tasks – Undertaking data room document reviews, confirmatory site visits and reporting, Identifying/assessing communicating environmental risks, ESG strategy, environmental due diligence reports as well as attending due diligence client/deal team calls etc.

Senior Environmental Due Diligence Consultant requirements

  • Qualified at degree and ideally MSc level in a relative field
  • 5-10 years EHS compliance and regulation experience within the industrial sector
  • Experience in ESG
  • Ideally corporate M&A experience although EHS compliance/Regulation
  • NEBOSH Diploma
  • CMIOSH
