Are you a hands-on Senior Building Surveyor with the drive to lead, build a team, and still get stuck into the technical side of things? I'm working with a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy that's looking to grow its presence in the Sheffield market. They're looking for a commercially-minded Senior Building Surveyor to take the reins of a small but growing team - someone just as happy delivering dilaps and condition surveys as they are developing junior staff and generating new business. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants the autonomy to shape a team, lead client relationships, and still be out on-site doing the work they enjoy.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading on building surveys including dilapidations, structural and condition reports

- Advising on defects, remedial works and maintenance strategies
- Managing projects from inception to completion
What we're looking for:
- MRICS qualified (or equivalent experience with intent to complete)
- Strong technical background with a proactive, hands-on attitude
- Previous experience in commercial surveying with an interest in historic buildings
- Someone commercially switched-on and confident engaging with clients
- A natural leader who enjoys developing others and taking ownership
- Full UK driving licence
