An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Building Surveyor to join one of the UK's fastest growing property consultancies in the role of Director.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for
- Leading and delivering a diverse range of building surveying commissions across both public and private sectors.
- Developing and mentoring the next generation of surveyors.
- Building and strengthening client relationships whilst identifying new business opportunities.
- Supporting the continued growth and success of the Manchester office.
- Working collaboratively with architects, project managers, valuers and other specialist teams.
