Are you looking for your first Directorship? Maybe you are already working as a Director, but not feeling supported, or you are having to sell a moonshot that you don't believe in.

This Sussex based building services design consultancy has an 18-person strong team, solid relationships with clients in the hotel, commercial and data centre sectors plus a c. £2m turnover.

With this Regional Director role we're looking for someone who has an (ideally) mechanically biased building services design background, enjoys managing a business and is keen to retain an element of fee earning.

You'll be responsible for the profit and loss of the office, recruitment and retention, and business development while working closely with the group MD to develop and deliver your strategy for the business.

On offer is a salary in the region of £85000, bonus scheme based upon your own performance and the usual benefits of pension, professional membership paid and flexible working.

More interestingly, you'll be working with a passionate and established team which is well structured and knowledgeable about each of the sectors they work in.

Furthermore, you'll be joining the board with a charismatic MD at the helm and an entrepreneurial spirit throughout the organisation.

If you are looking for a role that is genuinely interesting, offers the best of large organisations without the bad bits, and are Sussex based, we need to have a confidential conversation.
