Refrigeration Engineer – South East London Region Salary: £45,800 basic + Door-to-Door Pay Benefits: Van for Personal Use | 33 Days Holiday (Inclusive of Bank Holidays) | Overtime | Private Healthcare | Pension | Life Insurance We\’re working with a well-established and respected service provider in the commercial refrigeration sector, known for their reliability and technical expertise. With over 25 years in the industry, they support a diverse range of clients across retail, healthcare, education, and more. Due to continued growth, they\’re now looking to recruit an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join their London-based field team. The Role In this role, you\’ll be responsible for: Servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial refrigeration systems such as cold rooms, chillers, freezers, and display units Carrying out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs Working independently in the field while delivering a high level of customer service Covering a varied customer base across the London region What We\’re Looking For Experience working on commercial refrigeration equipment F-Gas Certification (essential) NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (preferred) Full UK driving licence Confident in diagnostics and fault finding The Package £45,800 basic salary Door-to-door travel paid 40-hour working week Overtime paid at 1.5x (Mon-Sat) and 2x (Sundays/Bank Holidays) On-call rota: 1 in 16 with £175 standby allowance 33 days holiday (25 days + 8 Bank Holidays) Fully equipped van (for personal use) Fuel card, tools, uniform, and smartphone provided Private healthcare, company pension, and life insurance (3x salary) Sick pay scheme and long service recognition Access to employee perks and discounts platform Ongoing training and development REFRIGERATION ENGINEER – DARTFORD Calibre Search promote equality in the workplace and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified candidates regardless of their sex, race, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
