An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Refrigeration Service Engineer to join one of the countries leading Refrigeration Contractors, working around Edinburgh and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company that offer a great salary / package as well as progression opportunities for the future. The role of Refrigeration Service Engineer will involve traveling around the region attending sites to carry out reactive work on a range of commercial refrigeration plant including pack systems. The role is a mobile role so a full driving license is required. The successful Refrigeration Service Engineer will be allocated sites within the region and will be responsible for all service and breakdown on their refrigeration plant. You will hold a current F-Gas certificate and having experience working with CO2 refrigerant is desirable but not essential. For the right engineer a fantastic salary / package is on offer comprising of the following: Choice of 40 hour or 45 hour week contract. 40 hour week is £44,256 basic salary 45 hour week is £49,788 basic salary On top of this you get £2535 standby payments per year (1 in 4) meaning total package for 40 hour week is £46,791 and 45 hour week total package is £52,323.
