Due to continued and planned expansion, Calibre Search are recruiting for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join the growing team based in the heart of the Northern Quarter in Manchester. The role will be to work in our built environment division recruiting into our established and successful Ground Engineering and Environmental Sciences client base. You will be mentored by one of our Associate Directors with considerable expertise in the field and be responsible for helping deliver first class recruitment solutions to large and small companies.

We work closely with leading companies throughout the UK helping them find the right people for their jobs. Our honest and professional approach has helped us develop strong, stable relationships with these companies meaning we have a fantastic foundation for you to develop your skills. In the Manchester team, we all work in the same industry and the sharing of skills, information, leads and vacancies is critical to the collective success of the office.

From consultant to management, we are all accountable to the same targets and standards so we will never ask you to do something that we aren’t! We have a culture of striving to recruit in the right way; internally this means developing recruitment strategies and utilising latest software and trends and externally making sure we do the right thing by both our candidates and clients and recruiting in the right way with a targeted approach.

Who are you?

You have probably already started your career as a Recruitment Consultant and are looking for the right environment or have gained some strong sales experience and are looking for the right industry to grow. Either way you are hungry for success, determined, goal orientated, customer focussed and possess ethics to do the job in the right way.

  • Excellent Commission Structure - Uncapped, so your earning potential is unrestricted. (OTE £30, TO £43)

  • Flexi Hours - Working between 08:30 - 17:30 with a 16:00 Friday finish. (We don’t do silly hours!)
