Calibre Search are delighted to working alongside one of the UK's most recognisable Retail Brands now looking to their growing in-house Quantity Surveying team based near Mansfield. After a lot of investment and planning, the client now have a big push to develop a number of various construction projects they're looking to rollout in the coming years (great mix of large scale new builds and fit outs) of retail stores, shopping centres as well as a state of the art arena ranging from £1 million all the up to £50 million plus in value. Ideally, they're looking to speak with Intermediate to Senior level Quantity Surveyors who have already gained a number of years working consultancy/client side in their previous roles. Knowledge in pre and post contract managing programmes from inception through to handover would certainly be advantageous. MRICS qualified is desirable but not necessarily essential for this position as the Head QS is MRICS qualified themselves so they can fully support you with your APC. Retail sector knowledge would again be ideal but the practical PQS/Consutlancy knowledge is the main priority.
