A fast growing Cost Consultancy in Cheshire is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their established North West team. With continued growth across major logistics and infrastructure projects throughout the UK, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to join a collaborative consultancy environment offering genuine career progression and exposure to high profile projects.

The Role - Senior Quantity Surveyor

Working as part of an established Cost Management team, you will be involved in the delivery of a varied portfolio of projects across logistics, industrial and infrastructure sectors. You will support clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing both pre and post-contract quantity surveying services whilst working closely with project teams and stakeholders.

About You

  • Experience working within a consultancy / PQS environment.
  • A Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery.
  • The confidence to work independently whilst contributing to a wider team.
  • Chartered status (MRICS) would be advantageous but is not essential.
