The Consultancy is known for its collaborative culture, technical excellence and commitment to investing in the long-term development of its people. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of drainage, highways and development infrastructure schemes. You will be responsible for producing and reviewing technical designs using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, undertaking drainage modelling using MicroDrainage or InfoDrainage, and coordinating with clients, local authorities, LLFAs, water companies and the Environment Agency. The role will also involve mentoring Graduate and Junior Engineers, alongside working closely with internal teams across transport planning, structural and environmental disciplines.

In return, you will join a Consultancy that genuinely values its employees and offers a clear route for progression to Principal Engineer level and beyond. Alongside a competitive salary and benefits package, you will benefit from hybrid and flexible working, full chartership support, ongoing professional development and the opportunity to work on a wide variety of large-scale residential, commercial and mixed-use developments across the UK.
