Our client offers a wide range of geospatial services including topographical surveys, measured building surveys, 3D laser scanning, BIM surveys, mobile mapping and GIS, PAS128 utility surveys, CCTV drainage condition surveys and structural and environmental monitoring. Their range of surveying services cover numerous sectors including commercial, retail, manufacturing, education, health, heritage, legal, rail, highways, utilities, renewables, residential, urban regeneration and many more.
They are now looking for an experienced Measured Building Surveyor to join their growing team to cover Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of Topographical and Measured Building Surveys using a range of specialist equipment such as Total Stations, GNSS and Laser Scanners. Following this, you will be responsible for processing data using BricsCAD and SCC. You will produce floor plans, elevations, sections and 3D outputs to agreed specifications. You will also work closely with clients to keep them updated throughout the project cycle and support junior surveyors when required.
The ideal applicant must have at least 3 years' experience of producing Measured Building Surveys and must be able to demonstrate experience in the use of a wide range of survey instrumentation, along with the post processing skills required to produce a detailed final 2D / 3D survey.
